EduLearners.shop operates as a fully digital educational platform. All our services and products are delivered electronically and are intended for instant or near-instant access upon successful payment. We do not engage in any form of physical shipping or product dispatch.
This Shipping Policy is developed under the direction of our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer.
1. Digital-Only Delivery
All educational content available on EduLearners.shop, including video lectures, class notes, and chapter-wise resources, are delivered exclusively in digital format. We do not ship any printed material, CDs, USB drives, or physical merchandise under any circumstance.
2. Delivery Channels
Upon successful completion of payment, customers receive access to the selected product through one or more of the following methods:
- Direct link on the website (automated redirection post-payment)
- WhatsApp delivery to the number provided during checkout
- Email delivery (when email ID is collected during the process)
- Access via a private dashboard or downloadable content hosted on our platform
3. Access Timeline
In most cases, delivery is instant and automated. However, depending on network speed, server response, or manual verification (if required), delivery may take up to 30 minutes. Users are encouraged to wait for the confirmation message after payment before closing the window.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once access is granted via link, file, or platform login, it is considered delivered. A confirmation message is typically sent through WhatsApp or shown on the website screen post-payment. Users are requested to take screenshots or note the access instructions for their reference.
5. Incorrect Contact Information
If access fails due to incorrect WhatsApp number or email address provided during checkout, the responsibility lies with the user. However, our support team may assist in rectifying such cases upon verification of payment details within 7 days of the transaction.
6. No Physical Shipping
There are no shipping charges, courier handling fees, or packaging costs involved. All amounts displayed on EduLearners.shop at the time of purchase are final and inclusive of any applicable processing charges.
7. Re-access & Redelivery
Should a user lose access (e.g., deletes WhatsApp chat or misplaces the link), we allow re-access within a limited window of 7 days post-purchase. Beyond this period, content re-issuance is discretionary and handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Platform Responsibility
EduLearners ensures that all materials are scanned, virus-free, and compatible with standard devices. However, we are not liable for any user-side issues such as outdated device support, slow internet, or incompatible third-party apps used to view the material.
9. Service Interruptions
While we strive for 24/7 delivery capability, occasional downtimes may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or payment gateway delays. In such events, users are requested to retain their transaction ID and contact support for prompt fulfillment.
10. Support & Communication
If digital delivery is not received within the stipulated time, users must reach out via WhatsApp support at +91 7348605155 with transaction details. Our team responds promptly to ensure users are never left without access to their purchased content.
