At EduLearners, we are committed to providing premium, secure, and focused educational content to every learner. Our resources are protected and view-only to maintain content exclusivity and prevent unauthorized distribution.

Important: Refund eligibility begins from the time of payment, not from when access is granted. Please review the following terms carefully before purchasing.

💸 Refund Eligibility & Timeline

Our policy follows a time-based deduction model, which ensures fairness while discouraging misuse of learning material:

0–4 Hours	✅ 100% Refund
4–12 Hours	🟡 80% Refund
12–24 Hours	🟠 60% Refund
1–3 Days	🔴 30% Refund
After 3 Days	❌ No Refund

Note: Refunds are only considered if the student has accessed less than 30% of the total content.

📋 Refund Process

Visit the official Refund Request Form and fill in all required details accurately.
Include your Order ID, registered email, reason for refund, and supporting information (if any).
Once submitted, our team will verify the payment time and content access status.
Approved refunds will revoke your access to all learning materials.
Refunds, once approved, are processed within 2–5 business days via original payment method.

🔐 Content Security Policy

To protect the intellectual property of our educators and to prevent misuse:

All PDFs and study material are strictly view-only and monitored for security violations.
Downloading, screen recording, or sharing content in any form is strictly prohibited.
Any breach will result in immediate access termination and legal action if necessary.
Users attempting to refund after extensive usage will be disqualified.

⚠️ Special Notes & Disqualification

Only one refund request is allowed per user per course.
Requests made beyond 3 days are auto-rejected.
Multiple refund attempts, false claims, or manipulation of access times will lead to permanent disqualification.
Refunds are not a right but a privilege — EduLearners holds final authority on approval.
